You will not be able to apply On-Line if you are:
- No longer a United States Citizen.
- Applying for renewal prior to 90 days of your expiration
date.
- Your permit expired in excess of 60 days.
- Arrested or charged with an offense for which you plead
guilty; were found guilty, paid a fine, forfeited bond,
were placed in jail or placed on probation since your
last CWP Application.
- A non-resident of South Carolina.
- Active military and stationed in South Carolina.
- A Circuit Judge adjudged you as unfit to possess a
firearm.
- Ever been adjudicated mentally incapacitated or committed
to a mental institution.
- Discharged from military service with a discharge other
than honorable.
- An unlawful user of, or addicted to, unlawful drugs,
alcohol, or any controlled substance.
- Your address and/or telephone numbers have changed since your last renewal.
If you are NOT ELIGIBLE to renew online, You MUST apply by
mail.

I certify that all above statements for this on-line
application are correct. I understand that any false
information attested to is reason for denial to my request for
permit renewal and constitutes a crime of perjury, punishable by
a fine of not less than $100.00 and imprisonment for up to six
months, or both.
